Tennessee Conservation Voters Announces New Executive Director
Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Conservation Voters (TCV) announced today that veteran strategist and organizer Kim Sasser Hayden will join their organization as Executive Director.
“I’m proud to have someone with Kim’s vast experience in Tennessee politics leading our team,” said TCV President Mary Helen Clarke. “Kim has traveled this state extensively building grassroots organizations and has a great background in issue advocacy and overall management.”
Sasser Hayden has over ten years of experience in Tennessee politics – serving as manager for numerous campaign efforts as well as managing statewide organizations. She has specialized in building grassroots efforts for statewide and regional campaigns including leading field operations for both of Governor Phil Bredesen’s successful elections in 2006 and 2002. Sasser Hayden brings to the table experience in strategic planning, management, fundraising, and messaging. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with elected officials on the state, local and national level on campaigns, issues, and legislation.
