Guv Calls Debt Ceiling Debate A ‘Serious Game of Chicken’

GOP congressional lawmakers and President Obama are playing games with the ongoing political battle over lifting the federal debt limit, Gov. Bill Haslam told reporters in Nashville Monday. And until the country figures out how to live within its means, investment and job growth will suffer, he added.
